Anneliese Louise van der Pol who is an American actress and performer of Dutch heritage is the daughter of a Dutch native. Her fame is based on her theatrical work as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch background and is an American actor and singer best known for her frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. Her 14 projects include TV series, shorts and video clips. In more than 15 TV series, she's created musical performances. Some of these include Shalom Sesame Divorce. She recorded versions of R&B/pop from The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as the Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart creates. In 2006 she recorded a cover version of the timeless Disney track Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. The song A Change in Me the famous song from the Broadway show of Belle van der Pol musical soundtrack, was composed by her due to her role as Belle van der Pol.
